I stumbled onto Proposal Pros CLE via a random google search while I was trying to plan a proposal for my girlfriend. From the moment I landed on their website, I knew I found something special. I reached out to them and within a day heard back. From the first email, I could sense how enthusiastic and passionate they were. During our first phone call, the questions I was asked were incredibly thoughtful and intuitive. I knew they had thought this through way more than I had. They gave me multiple dates, locations and ideas from which I was able to narrow down a location quickly. We met at the location and Shana’s vision was very clear. We were wary of the weather since our location was outdoors and a day prior to the proposal, it got even worse. Shana proactively reached out to me with an alternate location that looked like something out of a fairytale. We went to scout it immediately and again, her vision for transforming it blew me away. The day of the proposal, I was completely calm knowing that she was handling everything.
When my now-fiancé and I reached the location, we were both equally stunned by the
entire setup. It was absolutely magical, and I couldn’t imagine it being any more perfect
than it was. Proposal Pros CLE exceeded all my expectation I can’t thank this team enough for everything they’ve done.
